An existing client, H2O Direct, recommended SGSS Design when a trade association they belong to needed help with event branding. We are also helping with event literature design, branding and print production. The EDWCA is a trade association to the water cooler and hydration industry. This year, for the first time, they are organising a business and trade show for their members. Initially, they needed a flyer to send out to members to introduce the show and offer sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities.
We first designed a brand mark, incorporating the EDWCAs colours and elements from their logo. Supporting graphics were chosen and A5 flyers aimed at delegates and suppliers were designed, we also bought the print on their behalf. Various graphics for event marketing have been produced as well as updates to the flyers as the event organisation evolves.
A floor plan of the venue was produced using PowerPoint. PowerPoint was chosen as it enables the EDWCA to update the file with exhibitors as they are recruited and the booth areas, drawn on the plan, can be easily moved or resized as required. The completed floor plan can be easily exported from PowerPoint into a format that can be used in the event programme. SGSS will also design and produce the event programme to be given out to delegates at the show.
